Note: OBITUARY---Ashland Daily Tidings, July 10, 1946 DELLA POOLE, 82, PASSES TUESDAY; FUNERAL TOMORROW-----Mrs. Della Poole, a resident of this community for the past 27 years, passed away at 163 Granite street on Tuesday, July 9, at 4:20 p.m. The funeral services will be held at the Litwiller Funeral Chapel on Thursday, July 11 at 10 o'clock a.m. Interment will be made in the Mountain View cemetery. The deceased was born at Coldwater, Michigan on December 12, 1863, and was aged 82 years six months and 27 days at the time of her death. Her survivors include two sisters Mrs. Bert Hoben of Detroit, Michigan and Mrs. W. J. Wright of Lansing, Michigan. There are two sisters in law, Mrs. Ida Poole, Ashland, and Mrs. Mattie Akers, of Bend. A nephew, Erford Poole, Ashland and a niece Mrs. Gertrude Monicle of Bend, also survive. Her husband, Francis Poole preceded her in death some years ago.
