Note: Katie Adaline (Addie) Friend never married. OBITUARY--MISS ADDIE FRIEND DIES; RITES SATURDAY Mrs. Katy Adaline (Addie) Friend, 85, died at Craig General Hospital Wednesday at 1:15 p.m. after being admitted earlier in the day. A resident of Centralia for 67 years, she was born Feb. 17, 1884, in Clinton, Mo. She belonged to the Methodist Church in Severy, Kan. Survivors include three brothers, George of the home, William of Vinita and Roy of Chetopa, Kan., and one sister, Mrs. Flossie Allensworth of Centralia. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Community Church in Centralia with the Rev. Cecil Odell officiating. Burial will be in the Welch Cemetery under the direction of the Thomas Funeral Home of Welch. FRIEND SERVICES Services for Miss Katy Adaline (Addie) Friend, 85, who died Wednesday, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Community Church in Centralia.
