Continued: According to Dr. Craig, Peter Bankston died intestate. Adm. of his
estate was granted to his widow Priscilla. Probate records show that
he was survived by four sons, John, Lawrence (Lary,), William, and
Andrew, and four daughters: Judith, married to Nimrod Taylor; Rhoda,
Married to Shadrack Carpenter; another daughter married to Thomas
Davis, and another to William Browning.
