White Judge of the Probate court withih and for the said County and in whose custody the files journals and records of said Court are required by the laws of the State of Ohio to be kept hereby certify that on the 7th day of March 1905 the last will and testament of Edward Lewis late of the City of Cleveland in said County deceased was duly filed and admitted to progate and record in said Court that the following persons are named as devisees therein to wit: Mary F. Weed, The children of Martha E. Prindle, Frederick Prindle, in trust, the Children of Mary F. Weed Martha Willett, Harriet Shadbolt and that by the terms of said will the following real estate <snip> land and dwelling houst on Prospect St know as No 721 is devised by the decedant to his daughter Mary F. Weed absolutely. The decendent devised to his grandchildren the children of his deceased daughter Martha E. Prindle the real estate consisting of 198 fronting on Woodland Ave in the City of Cleveland Ohio, 66 feet of which said frontage are descrived in the deed of Martha Wilson to said decendant dated June 1, 1882 and recorded at page 322 in volume 339 of the records [more land description snipped] The share of reas estate which shall go to Frank Prindle one of the children of said deceased daughter Martha E. Prindle to be held controlled and managed by his brother Frederick Prindle as trustee. The decendent devised to his granchildren the children of his daughter Mary F. Weel, the real estate consiting of 94 feet fronting on Euclid Ave in said city of Cleveland, Ohio and adjoining on the west the dwelling house and land now owned by their mother the said Mary F.
