His second wife Ann was left �10 and all the goods she came with. Property is to be sold and divided between ten children, with special mention of the children of William who had died in 1854. They were to receive their father's share, after deducting �50 which he had received when he left for the USA - and if there was not enough the other family members should make it up so that each child received �2 each.
