State of Texas County of Refugio Before me, the undersigned autority, on this 11th day of November AD1907, personally appeared A.J. Heard a citizen of Refugio, County, Texas, whose Statements are entitled to full faith and credit, and after being duly and legally sworn stated that the was acquainted with Joseph E. Plummer Sr. who died at Copano Regugio County, Texas about the year 1859. Deponent further states upon oath that Joseph E. Plummer Jr. was a son and legal representive of the said Joseph E. Plummer, Sr. Deponent further stated htt the said Joseph E. Plummer, Jr. married M.K. Henderson of Memphis, Tenn, who died intestate, At Refugio inthe year 1904, and that Joseph E. Plummer Jr. died at Copao, Refugio, Couny Texas, about the year 1883 and leaving a lat wil and testament appointing his widow M.K. Plummer as Executirs of his estate, Desponent further stated upon oath that the oly surviving children and legal representives of the said Joseph E. Plummer, Jr and his wife M.K. Plummer are the following to wit: F.L. Plummer woh married Sue Gray: G.W. Plummer who married Nora Conner: Annie P. Plummer who married L.J. Wyatt: and J. Connie Plummer who married L.T. Steele. A.J.
