a. Note:   Angelo was 17 when he came to the United States with his brother France so (Frank). He arrived June 11, 1883 on the ship Burgundia whose Captain 's name was Dulac. The ports of embarkation were Naples and Palerm o. He traveled by steerage. His manifest ID# was 25 He became an Assembly of God Minister and preached on the Indian Reservati on, then established the Assemby of God church in Lockport, Niagara Count y, New York which is still there. His birth certificate shows his name as Angelo Michele Piedimonte. His fa ther could neither read nor write so information was dictated to a magistr ate who wrote it down and was witnessed by friends of the family. (Th is is noted on the copy of the birth certificate in Italian which I ha ve a copy of.)
