Note: He was employed by the Lockport Glass Works for 30 years Buried at Glenwood Cemetery Section 2, Lot 37 Grave #7 Obituary Notice, Lockport, New York Newspaper 1889 The funeral of the late Robert H. Hutcheson, who for nearly thirly years h as been employed at the Lockport Glass Works in the capacity of what is ca lled Master Tenser, was observed as the family residence on West Genes ee St at 2 o'clock this afternoon. The glass factory shut down for the d ay and the employees in the number of about 70 attended in a body. Other f riends swelled the number far beyond the capacity of the house. The servic es were very impressive and the floral gifts included a beautiful tribu te from the proprietors and employees of the glass factory in the sha pe of a design; "Gates Ajar" , a pillow from the family and a large bun ch of roses with a card attached bearing the inscription "Mansfield Gla ss Works". At the close of the services at the house, the employees of t he glass works took carriages and accompanied the remains to the cemeter y. Mr. Hutcheson was held in high esteem by the proprietors of the facto ry and his fellow laborers. The bearers were as follows: Henry Kupfer, Wi lliam Phalen, William Longtoft, Joseph White, Martin Kennedy, Andrew Laroc que. Obituary: Robert Hutchinson died Tuesday, January15,at his late residenc e. No. 70 W. Genesee St., age 51 years. He leaves a wife and four sons a nd a daughter to mourn his loss. I haven't been ab le to find any information on William, but did find Robert through the cen sus records. The only son who married was John Gordon.
