Note: Obiturary Notice, Lockport, New York newspaper. William H. Burke, son of Mrs. Catherine Burke and the late William Burke, died Monday, February 11th, 1924 at Louisville, KY. He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. William Sandusky of Lockport, Mrs. R. H. Thirkettle of Buffalo, Mrs. M. A. Hubbard of Akron, Ohio, Mrs. G. H. Thomas of New York City, and three brothers, John of Lockport, Thomas of Quebec, Canada, and Martin of Marion, Ohio. Funeral services will be held from the home of his brother John Burke, Glenwood Avenue. Time to be announced later. Funeral services of William H. Burke were held this Friday morning, February 15th at 8:30 o'clock from the home of his brother John C. Burke, No. 8 Glenwood Ave. and nine o'clock from St. Patrick's Church. Father Leo Linck officiating. The bearers were Thomas Judd, Thomas Carlin, William Costello, Michael Owens, Thomas Devron and William Suthers. Interment was in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
