Adams, Lockport, New York church affiliation - St. John's Catholic Church, Lockport, New York Obituary Notice, Lockport, New York Newspaper Mrs. Mary Carlin, wife of James Carlin, departed this life August 19, 19 14 at her home on 200 N. Adam St. after a lingering illness of several mon ths duration. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, six sons and thr ee daughters, James, Jr., Thomas, Edward, Frank, Willam and Albert, a ll of this city, Mrs. Paul Scherer and Mrs. Chas. Robertson of Trenton, N .J. and Mrs. Frank Tracy of this city, two sisters, Mrs. John Gilli on of New York and Mrs. Robert Wilson of Chicago, Ill, also one brother, J ohn Coyle of this city, and eighteen grandchildren. The funeral of the late Mary A. Carlin took place Saturday morning Aug 22 nd at 8:15 from the home on 200 North Adam St. and 9 o'clock from St. John 's Church. The Rev. J. J. Leddy conducted the services which was large ly attended by relatives and friends. The bearers were Martin Noonan, Mic hael Fitzsimmons, Henry Hemmer, James Higgins, Edward Burke and Michael Bu rke. The interment was in the family lot at St. Patrick's Cemetery. Tho se in attendance from out of town were Mr. & Mrs. Charles Robertson, and M rs. Paul Scherer of Trenton, N.J., Mrs. Hilderbrant and John Carlin of Sou th Manchester, Conn and William Galoon of New York City, N.Y.
