Note: Tracy was born mentally retarded and at a young age was moved from her home in Humboldt ILL. to Dwight ILL. to a facility for people like her she later on at the age of 25 developed some intestinal problems which caused her internal bleeding,(Intestinal Infection which turned to Gan Green)so after going thru surgery once already for the same thing her mother and sister and brother decided to let her go and be with her dad in heaven where she would be perfect forever! i will always love her and miss her altho we didn't grow up together we were still family. mom an dad did what was best at that time.
