Note:   Grandma died PM Sunday in Clewiston Florida at the Hendry Hospital we had to wait until her body was flown back to Illinois from Florida and since Grandpa didn't want to fly we had to wait until he got home too.This explains the delay in burial. Grandma would always amble around grumbling about Grandpa altho i doubt Grandpa paid much attention especially when a ball game was on,she always fed me all kins of stuff when i would go down for a visit.Grandma didn't have a lot to say but i enjoyed my visits with her. her fruit cakes at Christmas were awful my brother would toss it around the house like a football. mom said it made a great doorstop! Grandma's stiff leg was the result of an infection in her knee,they drained fluid off an fused the bone together to make one solid bone.
