Note: According to the History of Gorham by McLellan, John and "Mary" Hanscom of Kittery were published on June 2, 1792. John lived on a farm later owned by Charles A. Brackett and his son Daniel lived on the place just across the road where Mrs. Levi Hamblen later lived.
