a. Note:   Catherine was a stay at home mom. Before marriage she work at a store near where she lived and then when she went to work with the Southern Telephone company in Delray Bch., Florida. When the children came she and Gene felt she should be at home with the children. Later when Linda was working at Link's Drive-Inn they had contemplated buy it from Mr. Link. She tried work as a waitress and running the Dinner but found it to stressful for her. So that didn't work out. When she moved to Williston Judy and Linda where volunteering from Bronson Ele. School and talked her into trying it. When she did she wanted to help in Kindergarten. And with that came a long time friendship with Mrs. Bastak, when Mrs Bastak transferred to Jane Bullock Ele. in Williston of course Catherine went with her. She thoroughly enjoy helping with the children. She continued until she became sick enough she had to quite which was about 12 years. After Gene died in 1993 she started to go down hill. And gradually the Alzieherms started to take effect. It would hit her with angzitity attack at the grocery store. And it was hard to go for grocery. During the week she would go to Linda's to help baby sit Regan and then they would go to lunch at Hardee's. At about 2:00p.m. she would go home. On Wednesday She Linda and Judy with Regan would have a day out and go to Wal-mart and out to lunch. Those were carefree days, enjoying the beautiful time with a baby that helpped get through the lonelyness of lossing your long time partner in life. And the reminder for new life and learning of a bright new brain that was absorbing everthing she was taught. In 1997 Catherine had to starte having someone stay with her. Her children tried taking turns but that was hard, so Linda decided to sell her house when Catherine could not give up her house. Linda stayed with her until her death in 2006.
