Setty nee Elkington in April 2009 - "Also I looked at Thomas' file again and believe he went to San Francisco with his brother George James and brother in law Ervine W. Doughty after the 1906 earthquake and fire to help rebuild the city. George later had his own building business (still today) and Thomas must have stayed; E.W. Doughty came home to Napa. We know they were there because of San Francisco directories of 1907".
