Note:   (Research): Very little is known of Catharine Kayser prior to her marrying Jacob Minor, Sept.17,1751 Philadelphia, Penn at St. Michael's & Zion Luthern Church. One possible link is that a Jacob Kayser(age 20) was listed on the same ship "The Loyal Judith " that came from Rotterdam to Philadelphia in 1743, this is the same ship that Jacob Minor(age 18) came on. The ship's only list the males in the ship's manifest. It is possible that Catharine was Jacob Kayser's sister and was on the same ship. It is quite likely that on a 25-30 day ship voyage that the two Jacob's ( both about the same age) would get to know one another.
