Note: Both Malinda and Henry are buried in the Eads Creek Cemetery in Wayne county near Mill Spring. Records show Henry enlisting in the Civil War in Sept of 1864 at age of 53 as a Confederate soldier in Company A, 15th Calvary Regiment and later as a Union soldier in Company F of the 47th Regiment Infantry Volunteers.
