a. Note:   William Hinton Mott left St. Johns, New Brunswick in 1822. He relocated to Newark, New Jersey were the information on Early New Brunswick printers reports that he was a cashier for a bank there. They report further that he married Mary R. Thomas, the dauthter of Charles R. Thomas of St. Johns. It also states that he died in Neward, NJ at age 44, in the year 1851. I have not checked on any of these facts.
