Note:   We believe that Thomas E. and Frances are the parents of Isaiah Franklin as they are the only Porters living in Mississippi at that time where the father was born in Georgia and Mother born in Alabama, according to Isaiah Franklin's data obtained from the 1900 & 1910 Census. Since I.F. was born after the census was taken, we have no way to prove this theory. If anyone has information regarding this assumption, please contact us.
