Note: Very nice person. Tall and large boned but not fat. Lived at 213 20th Street in
Union City opposite reservoir just east of Palisade Avenue.
Daughter Ann married Hugh Andrews and had four children, 3 boys and 1 girl.
Rosie brought younger brothers from Germany after parents died. Took them from
a Lutheran orphanage.
Would often visit her sister Katherine afternoons. The two would sometimes go to
a movie matinee or just "coffee klatch".
Ethel & Ruth remember going to the house on 20th St. Your always went up the
back stairs. No one used the front stairs. Also remember the beaded curtains
between the living and dining rooms. Rooms were always kept dark with shades.
