Met William Feiser at St Matthews Lutheran Church, Union City. Married at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Leonia, NJ, 27 Dec 1969. Couple lived at her home in Weehawken. About 1993 Genevieve began to have severe problems with sciatica and arthritis. She spent much time in hospitals and eventually had her right knee replaced. Her husband was also having health problems and between hospitalizations lived with his daughter in Kearny, NJ. He died 17 Oct 1994. After her knee replacement, Genevieve resided with her son Warren in Leonia for several months. During an extended visit to her granddaughter, Teri Cleary, in Pennsylvania, she fell and was hospitalized in Berwich, PA with cracked ribs. After discharge from Berwich Hospital she was placed in a nursing home, Berwich Retirement Center and later Klingerman Nursing Home in Orangeville, PA. There, she made remarkable progress until she suffered a massive stroke and died, 27 Aug 1995, without regaining conciousness. She was buried at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ with her first husband.
