a. Note:   Isaac was killed by Andrew Gunnoe and his Logan Wildcats 'Home Guards' on May 7, 1863. He was killed near the lowere end of the Walter Rakes property just inside Logan Co. Isaac and his brothers were Union supporters and Gunnoe was Confederate. After Gunnoe joined the Confederate army in the summer of 1864 he was home on leave when he was killed by Lt. Jacob Webb, a Union Officer, helped by Pemberton Cooke and Perry Cooke.
