Note: Estella G. Knapp was divorced from John A. Pool, October 26, 1881, Bradford County Court. Her parents were Elisha Knapp and Philinda Guthrie. Obituary from unknown newspaper, Oct. 15, 1916: Mrs. Estella G. Stratton, widow of Andrew Stratton, died Wednesday evening at the family home, 64 Franklin Street. Mrs. Stratton was sixty seven years of age, and is survived by one son, Frederick E. Poole, of the United States Navy, three sisters, Mrs. Della E. Smith and Mrs. Esther Smith, of Elmira, and Mrs. Casper Rice, of Hornell; also by three brothers, Wilmot E. Knapp, ? P. Knapp, and Burt T. Knapp, all of this city, and one grandson, Fred E. Poole, of Newport, R.I. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, at the home of her brother, W. E. Knapp, 925 College avenue. The Rev. Mr. Hobart will officiate and interment will be in the Wellsburg Cemetery. Estella was receiving widow's pension per Jackson's Civil War service.
