AA, page 169: date of Issuance, June 19, 1943, to James Valentine Bunn of 78 Duffern Drive, Rochester, NY; that he was born Feb. 14, 1890, Ogdensburg, to farmer James Albert Bunn and wife, Samatha Jane Baker; father was born in Ogdensburg and was age 41 when James Valentine was born and was deceased at the time of Jame's petition for birth certificate; mother was born in Abbington, Luzerne County, PA, and was age 36 when James Valentine was born and she was living at 78 Duffern Drive at the time of Jame's petition; she had five children and one was deceased before the petition date.
