  1988 - Williamsport Sun-Gazette - James W. Stratton, 61, of 680 Campbell Street, died Monday, Feb. 22, 1988, at his home. He was a doorman at Williamsport Moose Lodge 145, of which he was a member. He was a member of Travelers Protective Assn., Bald Eagle Very High Frequency Society, Quarter Century Wireless Assn. and West Branch Amateur Radio Assn. He graduated from Williamsport High School in 1946. Born Nov. 19, 1926, at Elmira, N. Y., he was a son of William G. and Beatrice M. Probst Stratton. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Florence A. Logan, of Syracuse, N. Y. Burial will be in Montoursville Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Crouse's, 133 East Third Street.
