Liberty Twp.; cause - heart; one week duration; buried Union Cemetery, Liberty 1900 - July 20 - Fri. - "Blossburg Advertiser": Death of Mrs. Jacob Brion; On Thursday of last week death unexpectedly came to the home of Jacob Brion, of Liberty, and took from him his beloved wife Harriet, aged 45 years. The deceased was a woman of great ambition and through her efforts a comfortable home had been made. Her death compelled her to leave as she was about ready to enjoy the fruits of her labors. She was also a woman who was ever willing to lend a helping hand to the needy and her loss will not only be deeply felt in the home from which she has forever departed , but also in the neighborhood in which she lived. She leaves to mourn her loss, besides her husband, one daughter Carrie, wife of Clayton Miller, of Liberty, and an aged father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Wm Neal also of Liberty, brothers and sisters, and a wide circle of friends. The remains were laid to rest, Sunday, in the Union church cemetery, near Liberty. Rev. Bierly officiating.
