Martha L. (Neal) Age 83 of Horseheads, NY passed away on February 3, 2005 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Martha was born November 18, 1921 in North Union, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Warren and Velma Porter Neal. Mrs. Impson was a Nurse's Aide at The Chemung County Nursing Facility and retried as a Nurse's Aide at Elcor Health Services in Horseheads, NY. For many years she volunteered at Maple Creek Health Care Facility in Horseheads, NY. Martha was pre-deceased by her husband, Roy L. Impson Jr., on May 30, 1991. She was also pre-deceased by her brother Kenneth Neal and her sister Arlene Neal Impson Watkins as well as her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Impson. Martha was a member of The Breesport Baptist Church. Mrs. Impson is survived by her daughters: Sharon Louise Impson of Horseheads, NY, Patricia Jean Impson of Elmira, NY and Cynthia Rae Impson of Largo, Florida; sons and daughter-in-law: Harvey Lee Impson of Newark, N Y and Laurence Neal Impson & Kim Impson of Horseheads, NY: grandchildren; Eric Impson, Jason Impson, Gregory Impson, Jaime Impson and Samantha Impson; great granddaughter; Katelyn Elizabeth Impson; sister and brothers-in-law: Marie & Gorden Clark of Horseheads, NY and Robert Watkins of Millport, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Lynch Funeral Home 318 West Broad Street Horseheads, NY on Sunday February 6, 2005 from 2-4 an d 7-9 PM. Martha's funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday February 7, 2005 at 11 AM with Pastor Frank Snyder officiating. Interment in Woodlawn National Cemetery in Elmira, NY. The family will provide their own flowers and those wishing may remember Martha through memorials to The Breesport Baptist Church 240 Church Street, Breeesport, NY 14816 or Twin Tiers Christian Academy P.O. Box K Breesport, NY 14816 or to a charity of one's choice.
