Marie J. (Neal) Mclean Age 80 of 308 Tifft Avenue Horseheads, NY passed away on Wednesday May 17, 2006 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Marie was born May 27, 1925 in North Union, PA, the daughter of the late Warren and Velma Porter Neal. She married her first husband, James H. Mclean, who predeceased her on December 12, 1988. She was also predeceased by her parents, her brother Kenneth Neal, her sisters Arlene Neal Impson Watkins and Martha Neal Impson and her twin grandsons, Joseph and Benjamin Mclean. Marie was a retired cafeteria manager at Gardner Road School in Horseheads, N Y. She married her second husband, Gordon L. Clark, on November 17, 1990. Marie was an active and devout member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Horseheads and was a volunteer at the Zim Center for several years. She loved her family and friends and cherished the time she spent with them. Marie is survived by her husband, Gordon L. Clark; daughter and son-in- law; Janice and Mark Peterson of Clay, NY; sons and daughter-in-law; James and Kathy Mclean of Lansdowne, PA and Jerry and Kathy Mclean of Cicero, NY; grandchildren: Timothy (Stacey) Peterson, Natalie Peterson Greaney and Ed Greaney, Noelle Peterson Flickinger and Harold Flickinger, Jeffery (Christine) Peterson, Brandon (Julie) Mclean, Jennifer Mclean, Jody Beth Mclean, Bethany Mclean, Janeen Mclean, Michael Mclean and Emily Rose Mclean; great grandchildren: Shannon Flickinger, Joshua Peterson, Sean Flickinger, Kaitlyn Mclean, and Nathan James Mclean; brother-in-law; Robert Watkins of Millport, NY: step-children; Carol and Wayne Robinson of Elmira, NY, Barbara Clark of Horseheads, NY, Thomas and Cindy Clark of Horseheads, NY and Brad and Sue Clark of Big Flats, NY; several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Lynch Funeral Home 318 West Broad Street, Horseheads, NY on Tuesday, May 23, 2006 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Mrs. Clark's funeral services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours with Pastor Jeremiah L. Ayers officiating. Marie will be laid to rest next to her first husband James H. Mclean in Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, NY.
