Francis Paul Jacquemin died Aug. 30, 2006, at age 92. Mr. Jacquemin was born Nov. 2, 1913, in Kamiah, Idaho. He graduated from Oregon State College and was a forester for the U.S. Department of the interior. He lived in Washington, D.C., and several Oregon locations before moving to Hillsboro in 2004. In 1940, he married Toini M. Lammi; she died in April of this year. Survivors include his sons, Tom and Gary; sister, Ruth M. Levy; five grandchildren; and nine great- grandchildren.
