From Peter Ent's Bible is listed Sally Ann Ent, born June 22, 1809, died April 11, 1872, age 62 yrs, 9 mos, 19 days and married David Stratton. Peter, Sarah's grandfather, was born January 11, 1749, Lambertsville, Hunterdon Co., NJ, died February 28, 1829, was a flag-bearer in the Revolutionary War. Peter Ent was in Catawessa Twp., Northumberland Co. during the 1810 census. Sarah's grandmother was Sarah Kent, born February 11, 1755, died May 14, 1821. Peter and Sarah were married in Hunterdon, NJ on Jan. 27, 1776 according to colonial historical records of the State of New Jersey. Sarah's father was Charles Ent, born June 25, 1788, Lambertsville, died January 1, 1849 Roaring Creek, Columbia Co., PA, and her mother was Elizabeth Mears, born March 21, 1792, died October 27, 1859.
