Note:   1928 - Boyd's Williamsport City Directory: Delbert, laborer, rents at rear 709 Washington Blvd. (living with brother, Robert) - this is Delbert's first appearance in the city directory. 1929 - 1930 - City Directory: Delbert, laborer, has moved with twin Robert to the house Robert bought at 616 2nd AV 1981 - Williamsport Sun-Gazette - Delbert D. Stratton, 82, of 616 Second Avenue, died at 10:45 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 1981, in Williamsport Hospital, where he had been admitted last Wednesday. Mr. Stratton was a member of Marsh Hill United Methodist Church and was a former secretary of its Sunday School. Born at Marsh Hill on Dec. 15, 1898, he was a son of David and Sarah Stratton. His wife, Vannie A., died in December 1960. His only survivor is a twin brother, Robert, with whom he lived. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Pennsdale Cemetery, Bodines, with the Rev. Charles A. Bailey, his pastor, officiating. There will be no visitation.
