(Her sister, Minerva, married William Spaulding and they had Mrs. John Fredrick, Gordon, and Henry Spaulding) She was living on South Minnequa Ave., Canton, PA. Bessie belonged to the First Baptist Church in Canton and Lady Canton Rebekah Lodge No. 362 and she was also a 49-year member of the VFW Post 714, Auxiliary of Canton. (info from obituary)
