Note: Nina Bunn was a daughter of James A. Bunn and Maria Stratton so Ray was a descendent of David and Sarah Stratton and Nina was a descendent of David's brother, Robert Stratton and wife. 1880 - June 7 - census - Union Twp.: Ray Stickler, boarder, age 11, works on farm, b. PA *living with Clay and Jane Stull Herman* 1896 - Nov. 28 - Sat. - "Gazette-Bulletin" - Williamsport, PA: A double wedding took place in the parlor of Green's Hotel in Ralston, on Wednesday, the officiating clergyman being Rev. R. L. Armstrong. The connecting parties were Thomas S. Stull and Miss Mattie E. Spencer, and Ray Stickler and Miss Nina Bunn. PA 1953 - Nov. 12 - Thursday - Wellsboro Agitator: Ray C. Stickler, aged 83 years, of Roaring Branch, Pa., died unexpectedly Tuesday, November 3, 1953. Survived by wife, Mrs. Nina Stickler; son, Byron of Milwaukee, Wis.: daughters, Miss Marcella Stickler, a teacher at Bloomsburg, Pa., and Mrs. Leslie Leonard of Roaring Branch: sister, Mrs. Effie Aldrich of Painted Post: four grandchildren: several nieces and nephews. Burial was in the Roaring Branch Cemetery.
