Note: Elbert was buried in Ogdensburg Cemetery, Union Township, Tioga County, PA. He was a carpenter and gun dealer plus he was a former Justice of the Peace in Ogdensburg. He was also survived by a niece, Barbara (Jerry) Brown of Conklin; a nephew, Larry Middaugh of Ontario, NY. 1908/09 Tioga County Directory; Elbert D.
