1941 - Edward filled out a delayed birth registration at Tioga County Court House. He stated his father was born in Williamsport and his mother was born in Carol, Clinton County. He was their first-born and was now living in Erie, PA. Witnesses to confirm his birth were Anderson Canis of Marsteller, Cambria Co; Francis S. Canis and Ida M. Rutty.
1952 - Edward was living in Erie, PA, when his sister, Elizabeth Simon, died.
