Note: The Wellsboro Gazette - Wednesday - June 27, 1990: Thomas Arthur Groover, 16, of RD1, Roaring Branch, died Friday, June 22, 1990. He would have been a sophomore at Canton High School this fall. he was a member of CHS Future Farmers of America and Ogdensburg Church of Christ Youth Group. Groover enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming. Surviving are his mother, Cheryl Groover of Roaring Branch; his father, Thomas H. of Canton; two brothers, Michael T. of Blossburg and Ronald L. at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hall of Blossburg; paternal grandfather, Thomas E. Groover of Canton; maternal great-grandmother, Ella Deisinger of Liberty; aunts and uncles, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Chapel of Mansfield, Mr. and Mrs. Gary urban of Canton; cousins Timothy and Toni Urban of Canton and Michelle and David Chapel of Mansfield; nephew, Cody Michael Groover of Blossburg; special sister-in-law, Lori Williams of Blossburg.
He was buried in the Ogdensburg Cemetery.
