Know all men by these presents, that I, Richard Hankinson of Barnwell District in the State aforesaid in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to me paid by James Buckler of the District and State aforesaid have granted bargained sold and released and by these presents Doth grant bargain sell and release unto the said James Buckler all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the District and State aforesaid containing one hundred acres be the same more or less being one half part of a tract of two hundred acres, originally conveyed by William Pinkeny to John Turner declared and left by said John Turner to Ezekiel Williams and willed by said Ezekiel Williams to his daughter Ann; at present the wife of the said Richard Hankinson bounded at the time of survey on Savannah River at Point Comfort of which the aforesaid is one ----- of the Point Comfort Tract, and all other sides Vacant at time of the original survey. Turner, and by lands belonging to the estate of Richard Hankinson Dec. __ and by Gasper Ramsey and the estate of Holly and containing four hundred acres more or less. Hatcher, and upon the proceedings in the matter of the said Estate now on file in this Court, it appears to my satisfaction that it is proper to allow a sale of certain of the personal estate of said Joseph A. Hatcher. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the said R.H. Hatcher is hereby empowered to sell all and singular of the personal property of the late Joseph A. Hatcher at the Home Place of the said Joseph A.
