Holley Passes Away In Martin Aiken resident Mrs.Allie C Holley, 89, passed away at 5:15 yesterday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. B. Ellis, in Martin, S. C. Mrs. Holley was a native of Aiken County and lived in Aiken for many years before moving to her daughter's residence in Martin in '53. She died afer an illness of several years. Interment will be in the Old Springs Methodist Church Ceme- :ery near New Ellenton. Mrs. Hol ley was the oldest member of the church. Funeral plans will be announced later. Other survivors include a son Henry W. Holley of Aiken; one sister, Mrs. Georgia Mayo, Augusta. Ga. 9 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. Mrs. Holley was the daughter of the late Joe and Caroline Green Hatcher. Holley, 89, a former resident of Aiken, died Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. B. Ellis of Martin. She had been ill for several years. A native of Aiken County, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Caroline Green Hatcher. She lived in Aiken until four years ago, when she moved to Martin. She was the oldest member of the Old Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include, in addition to her daughter, a son, Henry W. Holley of Aiken; a sister, Mrs. Georgia Mayo of Augusta, nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. The body is at the George Funeral Home in Aiken.
