Note: AIKEN STANDARD Aiken, South Carolina 1 January 1973 WARRENVILLE - Mrs Marshall H. [Carrie Eubanks] Gallaway, 94, of Route ,1, Warrenville, died Tuesday at the residence of her daughter in Denmark... Funeral services will be held today at 2:30 p.m: in the Pentecost United Methodist Church, near Warrenvill, with the Revs. Robert Ellenburg and Ronald Hasty officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She was a native of Aiken County, but had lived in Denmark for the past six years. She was a member of the Pentecost United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Marshall H. Gallaway. Surviving are: two daughters, Mrs., Nettie G., Gibson, Denmark, and Mrs. George W. Walker, Aiken; one brother J. Evans Eubanks, Augusta; and two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Johnson, Crescent City, Fla., and Mrs. Kate Morggan, Valdosta, Ga. Pallbearers will be Thomas Walker, Everett Walker, Larry Walker, Harry Walker, Wilbur Gibson, and Lloyd Owens. Honorary pallbearers will be Julius Hadden, Roy Toole, Herbert Hurst, B.D. Williams; Oliver Hankinson, Elmet Toole, Oliver J. Hadden, Cary Hatcher, Marvin Hatcher, and John Hatcher. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pentecost United,Methodist Church. Friends may call at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. George W. Walker, 3419 Seneca I Ave., Aiken, or at Posey's Funeral Home, Granitevllle, or at the church one hour prior to services.
