EUBANKS JOINS RACE FOR OFFICE _________________ Another candidate for the office of magistrate at Waverley entered the field Wednesday when Harold Eubanks, Columbia attorney, announced he would be in the race. Eubanks has praticed law in Columbia for the past 12 years. He was graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1920. He is a World War Veteran and a member of the American Legion. The race for magistrate will be Eubanks second political venture. He was a candidate for attorney general in 1922.
