Eubanks, former Realtor, dies in Augusta Wiley Smith Eubanks, 76, 824 Johns Road, a former vice president of Blanchard and Calhoun, died Friday at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Westover Memorial Park with the Rev. John W.P. Oliver officiating. Mr. Eubanks was a native of White Ponds, S.C., but was a lifelong resident of Augusta. He was a member of the Richmond County Real Estate Board, the Georgia Real Estate Board and First Presbyterian Church. He was a certified property manager, a former Veterans Administration appraiser and former chairman of the Richmond: County Board of Tax Assessors. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sarah Holman Eubanks; and three daughters, Mrs. Luther Thomas and Emily Eubanks, Augusta, and Mrs. Richard Campbell, Atlanta.
