a. Note:   arted on thier trip in the spring of 1908, they left P.E.I. by ice boat and took the train at Cape Tormentine for the remainder of the trip to Lacombe, Alberta. They went the 35 miles to Rimbey in a 2 seated horse drawn wagon.
