Census 1850 Noblesville IN !RESIDENCES: (1) The following was copied from a letter to the compiler dated 5 DEC 1982 from Genevieve Hare HODGES - next to last paragraph: "There was a Silas IGOE (RIN152) in Noblesville (IN) during that time (about 1829 through the 1850s) - he was given power of attorney to sell some land for one of the heirs of Philip (HARE RIN186). I assume he had some family connection. He is shown in the 1850 census of Nobles- ville, giving the names of his children. a son Lewis and a son Paul. Lewis IGOU (RIN147) had sons William (RIN156) and Paul (RIN151) accord- ing to Finley & Putnam PIONEER RECORDS OF ROSS COUNTY - Twin Twp. pg 56".
