"I Ellen BREEDLOVE of Urbana Ohio do hereby make this my last Will and Testament:--------- I First ----- It is my will that whatever household goods I may be pos- sessed of at my death shalll be equally devided between my daughters Susan Clark and Anna King they to make division of the same as they may agree between themselves. II Second ----- That out of the residue of my property my said daughters shall have enough to make whatever improvement or expenditure they shall in their discretion deem necessary or proper without extravagance upon Lot No 20, Section No 60 in Oak Dale Cemetery near Urbama being in the name of Louis I. Breedlove and Ellen F. Breedlove and I hereby direct my executor herein after named to pay out of the proceeds of my estate whatever sum they may so expend or require. III Third It is further my will that after the foregoing dispositions are made and all expenses herein and my just debts are paid that my said daughters Susan Clark and Anna King shall each have one third of the residue of all property both real and personal which I may have in possesion or expectation at the time of my death. IV Fourth: - It is my will that my son-in-law Charles W. Clark shall hold the remaining third of all my said property in trust for my two grand- sons, Dick I. Breedlove and Louis I Breedlove, one half thereof to be paid or given over to each of them when he arrives at the age of twenty one years, or if either of them should die before said age, having no wife or children, then the whole of said third to be paid to the sur- vivor of them. or if neither of my said grandsons live to the age of twenty one years and neither shall leave a wife of children then the said Charles W. Clark shall give over to each of my said daughters Susan Clark and Anna King one half of the said third of my estate. V Fifth ---- It is my will that my son-in-law John R. King be my executor and I hereby authorize and empower him to sell my real estate which may belong to me at my death or any interest which I have in any real estate, without order of court or legal process, whether or not such sale be necessary to pay debts, for as good a price as he can obtain and upon such terms as he my deem best, and I direct him to make dis- tributions of my estate or the proceeds thereof according to the terms of this will.
