Whereabouts of page one is not known: "Henry married Emma Boal, both deceased. Their daugh- ter, Bertha married Malcolm Fleming. Albert Weaver married Mary Stafford. Their children, Frank Weaver married Valerie Mumford, and Laurence A. married Louise McAnerney." Note: Laurence A. and Louise were this compiler's mother and father. The above Henry was the complier's grand uncle, brother of his Grandfather Albert. The manuscript continues: "A daughter of the first Henry was Louisa who married Joseph Weaver of Batavia, Ohio. Their children were Marion, Isabel, William, Elizabeth and Elbert. Marion married Sarah Fiffe(sic), both deceased. Their son is Edward. Isabel married James Glenn, both deceased. Elbert married Kate Burt. Their son WAlter, deceased. The elder Henry Weaver was Commissary in the War of 1812. Charles was a soldier in the Civil War and Mat- thew was a Captain in the Civil War of Company A., 134th Regiment of Ohio National Guard." !REMARKS(1): In the Probate Dept of the Champaign County Courthouse the file on the affairs of her father, Henry Weaver-1816, will be found Champaign Common Pleas Partition #3705 of 9 April 1872. A Sheriff's Sale result- ed. 1/3 go to Louisa, 1/3 to her brother, Lemuel-97, and the other 1/3 which would have gone to deceased brother, Jason-8, would be divided in 5ths to Thomas-79, Charles-78, William-81, Henry-82 and Albert-4. Photocopies in folder RIN1816 !ANOMALY(1): Item from the Western Citizen & Urbana Gazette from the Urbana Public Library archive. Original date and page - 24 Feb 1846, page 3: Md on the 19th inst., at Lancaster, Ohio, the Rev. John Lehman, of Xenia, Ohio, to Miss Louisa M. Weaver, of the former place. By similarity of name, this could have been a daughter of Louisa and Joseph although name is not mentioned amongst the known children of this family. DATA STORAGE: (Items not identified, but held for future research.) In the Weaver/Glen lot, Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana, Champaign County, Ohio, the monument lists Theodore L. Weaver and Calvin T. Weaver whose connection to the family is not known to this compiler.
