Note: grandfather, this Neville Gooch. He left photocopies and hand written notes that he gave to me. After his death, my uncle Neville, Jr. continued the genealogy on his own. I used my grandfather's notes and compared with other sources for accuracy.
Based on the William and Mary Colleg Quarterly (n.d.) photocopied paper p. 110, the name Gooch appears undert the form of Gooch, Gouge, Gough, and Goffe. Neville Gooch traces in his family back to Goochland Virginia.
