To hear hello, Homer, nicely from you (or to read), because next week there appears in the 'home addition' to the ' Bremerv�rder of newspaper ' the history with the picture (which I have from you) about Claus and Anna Margaretha Cordes. Then I send smart Sioe to myself, nevertheless, please your postal address, to you a copy. Now to the question:
Unfortunately, of the ' new fields Cemetery ' in Bremerv�rde no old graveyard has. There even still are completely few old graves, because in Germany has itself another culture has developed in proportion to the old family graves. This Freidhof (and a second in the east of the town) was put on about 1825; till then the cemetery was in the church and (with certain families in the church in Familiengruften).. Then the funeral in churches was forbade in the kingdom Hannover. All cemeteries belonged earlier to the Saint Liborius Kirche; today we have in the new field Cemetery own Protestant-Lutheran church. I hope, it goes well to you.
