a. Note:   Ketterer/Vossbrink connections:
  Adolph H. Ketterer, 74, was a son of Gottlieb Ketterer and his wife Anna, nee Wehmueller. He was born at Gerald, on May 30, 1917 and died August 30, 1991.
  He was baptized on September 16, 1917, by G. Dornenburg, pastor at the St.Paul’s Church in Gerald and renewed this coveant through confirmation at the same church by John H. Hille, pastor there. It was in the Gerald Puplic School where he received his education.
  He remained a member of St.Paul’s United Church of Christ his entire life and was a member of the Woodman of the World.
  September 8, 1951, he was united in holy matrimony to Miss Dorothy Joers at the St.Paul’s Church in Gerald by Paul L. Schmidt pastor. He lived on the same farm where he was born his entire life.
  He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Helen, in infancy, and a brother, Raymond Ketterer.
  He is survived by his wife,Dorothy; two daughters, Cynthia Vossbrink and husband Billy, Gerald, and Christine Ketterer, Jefferson City; one son, Kenneth and his wife Patricia, Gerald; three sisters, Frieda Lingemann and Hilda Ketterer, both of St. Louis, and Edna Femme, St. Charles; five grandchildren, Kenneth and Kevin Ketterer and Daniel, Amanda and Jennifer Vossbrink; an aunt, Nora Wehmueller,Gerald;nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
  Funeral services were held Monday, September 2, at St.Paul’s United Church of Christ,with Paul Dausmann, pastor, officiating. Interment was in St.Paul’s Cemetery.
  The family was served by Oltmann Funeral Home,Gerald. The Missourian
