Note: Robert G. Willey Nov. 24, 1913 - June 8, 1996 Robert G. Willey, 82 of Morrison Street, died late Sunday evening at Memorial Hospital. He was born in Muncie Hollow in Sandusky County to James and Jeanette (Vogel) Willey and graduated from Ross High School in 1931. He married Mildred Moon on Aug. 2, 1940, in Bloomville. She survives. Mr. Willey worked as a mechanic for Fremont Implement for more than 40 years. He retired in 1978. He was a member of Hayes United Methodist Church. Surviving are son Robert Dennis Willey of Petaluma, Calif.; daughters Beth Lewis of Fremont, Martha Farago of Wellington and Susan Hoffbauer of Fostoria; sister Ruth Eschmeyer of Arlington, Va.; and 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Brothers Harold and Martin Willey and sisters Gladys Neason, Mabel Dick and Agnes Cook are deceased. Services are 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Nopper-Karlovetz Mortuary, where visitation is 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
