a. Note:   osa until the family moved to Bellvue, Clay County, Texas in 1906 The first of the year in 1908, they went farther west to Hall County where the children went to school at Oman, a school near Estelline. When the family moved to McLean in Gray County she went to school at McLean until 1916 when they movet to a farm in Lynn County. When the brothers were called in to military service during WWI, the three sisters- Ethel, Myrtie and Ina helped their father with the farm. They drove four muses and broke out land, listed, planted and cultivated the crops. After the deaths of their parents, Myrtie and Ina lived on their farm with their oldest brother, Roy. They raised chickens, milked cows and sold chickens, eggs and cream. They sold the farm in 1968 and moved to their nome in Tahoka, Texas She farmed most of her life in Lynn Co. Tx. Lived at home with parents and sister Ina and brother Roy. Member of Church of Christ. Was very active in club and church work. Remained single and childless.
